Refund policy

We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in poor condition when you received it: damaged, spoiled or inedible. You'll need to provide photographic evidence as well as you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at charlotte@sugarcaneandshepherddesserts.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and you should receive payment on the card associated with the purchase within 5 business days
